Cancellation Policy

Same day cancelations will forfeit their deposit. All no shows will be charged 100% of their service. Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled 48hrs prior to their appointment time. There is a 10 minute grace period, 15 mins if you reach out ahead of time. After grace period has passed , appt is cancelled & you will be charged for your appt.
